Baby shower cupcake spread

I wanted to provide something for all palettes, so I made a light, white cake with a strawberry filling, topped with fresh whipped cream and a strawberry garnish.  I also made a dark chocolate cake with a salted caramel center and dark chocolate frosting garnished with a caramel.

Baby shower cupcakes with marshmallow fondant babies and blankies.  It was a delicious snickerdoodle cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

Holiday spiked peppermint hot chocolate cake

Moist hot chocolate cake with a peppermint patty surprise.  Finished with a peppermint schnapps whipped cream and peppermint stick.

Cookies and cream cupcake

Vanilla cake mixed with Oreos with a cookie surprise at the bottom.  Topped with vanilla and Oreo buttercream and cookie garnish. 

Eggnog cupcake

this was fantastic, rummy eggnog cupcake with eggnog frosting and a holiday chessman cookie atop with a dash of cinnamon.

Experimental figgy pudding cupcake

Light vanilla cupcake with a dollop of figgy pudding baked in with a cinnamon buttercream  I couldn't resist a cinnamon stick for garnish!

Snickerdoodle cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting with a homemade marshmallow fondant monkey.

Valentines cupcakes

Almond cake filled with cherry filling and topped with almond/vanilla frosting and topped with a cherry heart.  Absolutely scrumptious!
