Baby shower cupcake spread
I wanted to provide something for all palettes, so I made a light, white cake with a strawberry filling, topped with fresh whipped cream and a strawberry garnish. I also made a dark chocolate cake with a salted caramel center and dark chocolate frosting garnished with a caramel.

Holiday spiked peppermint hot chocolate cake
Moist hot chocolate cake with a peppermint patty surprise. Finished with a peppermint schnapps whipped cream and peppermint stick.

Light vanilla cupcake with a dollop of figgy pudding baked in with a cinnamon buttercream I couldn't resist a cinnamon stick for garnish!

Almond cake filled with cherry filling and topped with almond/vanilla frosting and topped with a cherry heart. Absolutely scrumptious!

St. Patrick's Day cupcakes
For my St. Patrick's day project I made a stout cupcake that tasted like delicious, malty gingerbread and topped it with a Bailey's Irish cream frosting. I melted green tinted white chocolate into shamrock molds and then popped them on top for decoration, and alternated with those and chocolate coins.
